1. Introduction and Acknowledgement

Ck34 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• KYC verification failure or non-cooperation
• Violation of Anti-Money Laundering regulations

9.2 Cancellation by User

You can request to close your ck34 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, ensure all pending bets are settled and your balance has been withdrawn. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
